We will need photographs of the damage to process a claim with the shipping carrier. We are committed to offering a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
8. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the United States. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered, any additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please review and verify the shipping address before completing your purchase.
10. Gift Shipping Policy
If you are purchasing an item as a gift, you can have it shipped directly to the recipient. Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address at the time of checkout. If the order is marked as a gift, the price will not appear on the package.
11. What to Do If I Haven’t Received My Order?
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated time, please check the status of the shipment using the tracking number provided. If the package has not arrived within the estimated time or the tracking status hasn’t been updated, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue.
